Google Play purchases

For subscriptions purchased through Google Play, Google Play handles refunds through Google's refund process. Users should request refunds through Google Play.

Log2Go support can help answer account or subscription questions, but Google Play's purchase screen, policies, and refund process control Google Play purchases.

External purchases

Log2Go may sell subscriptions outside Google Play later for desktop, iOS, web, or other allowed channels. If that happens, refund instructions for those purchase channels must be added before launch.

Information to include in a support request

When contacting support, include:

  • Log2Go username or callsign.
  • Email address used for the account.
  • Purchase date.
  • Google Play order ID, if available.
  • Description of the issue.

General approach

For Google Play purchases, use Google Play's default refund process only.
